Shipping policy

 

All goods sold by The Positive Psychology Shop are not to be reproduced in any way without our permission. 

We commit to ship your goods to you within 3 working days of purchase via 2nd class post (UK) or Royal Mail International Tracked service (international). The date of delivery depends on the location of the delivery and so shipping times, however it should therefore be within 4 working days in the UK and 6-14 working days abroad.

If the goods shipped arrive late due to our shipping them after 3 working days or by not sending them via the stated services then a refund in line with our refund and Returns Policy will be offered.

If the goods are shipped to an incorrect address due to the address being entered incorrectly by the buyer during the sales process, we are under no obligation to refund the sale or to ship the goods again, though we will endeavour to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of both ourselves and the buyer. If the goods are shipped to an incorrect address due to an error on our part, we will refund the buyer in full or re-ship them to a different address at no additional cost to the buyer, whichever they prefer.
