What is your returns policy?

We try to be as accommodating as possible, please see the Return and refund policy here

How long will my goods take to arrive?

Your order will be despatched within 3 working days. UK orders arrive within 4 days of shipment. For USA and EU it is 5-7 days and for elsewhere 14 days. However, on international orders goods are sometimes held up in customs. This is beyond our control, but we will help you track what has happened to your order. See our Shipping Policy for more details

What happens if the goods arrive too late?

If you have ordered products for a particular event, with sufficient postage time and they fail to arrive in time we will, at our discretion, allow you to return them for a full refund assuming they are unopened. Shipping costs will be refunded if the delay was due to us sending them later than our Shipping Policy says we will, but won't be if the delay is due to customs. See our Shipping Policy for more details

Can I request a fast delivery?

We are happy to facilitate a fast or urgent delivery using parcel-force worldwide which offers a variety of options. The additional costs will be borne by you. Please talk to us to assess the best way of getting your goods to you in time.

Why can’t you give a standard postage fee?

We are a small business that use the UK post office for our worldwide deliveries.  They assess postage fees by weight, country and required speed of delivery. It is not possible for us, at this point, to standardise our postage cost as the fee for each package is individually calculated depending on the weight of each item and the package destination.

Can I buy any of these goods through Amazon?

Yes, we work with Amazon in the USA, major EU markets and the UK for our Appreciating Change products (Coaching Cubes, Positive Organisational Development Cards, Tell Your Story Cards, Appreciative Inquiry Cards, Positive Emotions Cards). If your delivery address is in the USA just order through us as normal and your goods will be despatched from the nearest Amazon warehouse. Other amazon orders are shipped directly by us.

Can I get a discount?

Yes, we offer discounts for volume on all products. Please see website for specific product discounts or contact us for more information. Newsletter subscribers get an initial discount on subscribing. It’s free. Newsletter subscribers get additional ad hoc discount offers.

How do I use these products?

Many of the products include information on how to use them. This is clearly indicated on the product page. We are also developing a library of exercises called Making Changes, hosted on our blog. Newsletter subscribers will be alerted to additions to the library. Please contact us if you wish to discuss how any of these tools might enhance your training, consulting, coaching or other business delivery.

Do I get a VAT receipt?

On your order confirmation it say if any taxes have been charged. If you need the information in a different format, please contact us directly.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we receive and service orders from all over the world.

How do you guarantee the quality of the products on your site?

We personally inspect every product against our criteria of good positive psychology science base, useability, production values and the engagement factor. We carefully select our stock, and Sarah regularly uses many of them in her consulting and coaching practice.

Do you work with resellers?

Yes, we are always interested to hear from potential resellers for our Appreciating Change products (Coaching Cubes, Positive Organisational Development Cards, Tell Your Story Cards, Appreciative Inquiry Cards, Positive Emotions Cards). If have a potential market and our interested to resell these products, please contact us.

Are these products available in a digital form?

Do you have a physical shop where I can come to see these products?

No, we are an online seller, however we exhibit at conferences large and small in the UK and elsewhere several times each year. Be sure to be on our subscriber list to be alerted to these opportunities. Please contact us to arrange for us to exhibit our products at your professional conference or event.

Are these products available in other languages?

We only sell English language goods on this site. Please note the Tell Your Story Cards can be used in any language as the cards are text free except for the title card.
